Blanca began her career working as an art director and fashion stylist for different fashion productions of exclusive brands like La Perla. From creating headpieces and accessories for theatrical productions to being the stylist for rock music videos, she has brought Viera’s innate work to red carpets for events like the Latin Grammys. Blanca has appeared in various local Puerto Rican and international magazines such as Vanidades, Infashion Dominican Republic, Cosmopolitan, Imagen, Casa Life, OceanDrive, and Hola. She has also contributed to various fashion articles in the country’s main newspapers, becoming one of the active voices in the fashion industry.
 

Blanca has exhibited in museums such as the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and NoMAA in NYC, and was selected among designers from around the world to participate in the "Fitting Room" exhibition in Madrid, Spain. At New York Fashion Week, she presented a collection of crowns inspired by the ballet piece Pas de Deux for the most prestigious ballet company on the island of Puerto Rico. For 18 years, her workshop has produced avant-garde headpiece collections alongside commercial pieces for brides and special events, establishing her as one of the most versatile designers of her generation.
